Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?

To book a ride, click on Make A Booking on the home page and provide your Depature Date/Time, Pick Up Location, Drop Off Location and the Number Of Passengers then click Choose a vehicle.
Next, select your preferred mode of transportation and follow the steps to proceed to check out.
Enter your contact details and proceed to the next screen. You will be directed to the credit payments page submit your payment.
- What information do I need in order to book?

In order to make a booking you will need your departure date/time, pick up location, drop off location and the number of passengers who will be travelling with you.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you cannot find the route that you want to book please send us an email us at reservations@saintluciashuttle.com with the details of your request and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
- How do I pay for my transfer?

All bookings are made directly on our site. During checkout, you will be directed to the credit card payment page to submit your payment. Once your payment has been submitted, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Absolutely. We are very flexible with our services and cater to meeting your needs. Please send us an email so we can make the necessary arrangements.
- How far in advance do I need to book?

You can book as early as you like. We ask that you try to place your booking at least 12 hours ahead of the scheduled pick up time. A $45.00 surcharge will apply for bookings placed less than 12 hours ahead of the scheduled pick up time.
Before you travel
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate with a sign showing your name. In case you experience difficulties in locating the driver you can always call our customer support, which will arrange the meeting immediately.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In the rear occasion this happens, chances are, the driver is somewhere at the airport awaiting your arrival. Kindly, give us a call at 758-712-9722 so that the driver can be directed to you.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes. If your group size changed, please contact us via telephone or email with the details. We will be happy to make the necessary adjustments for you.
- How long will the transfer take?

Transfer time varies according to your destination. It can range anywhere from 10 minutes for the closest point up to about 2 hours on average for the farthest.
